WHAT WE DO TOGETHER The 6 Weeks
Each week opens with a group practice, a different conscious modality to build your capacity to listen to yourself. Then we go deep into the week’s theme. Two weeks include a private 1-1 with Sofia.
Using Human Design, Gene Keys and astrology, we map how your energy naturally moves, how you make decisions, how you best receive information.

We work with archetypes to see what do you do effortlessly? In this private session we explore past life threads, exploring patterns across your life.
Pendulum and orocales - accessing guidance beyond the thinking mind
We bring everything together, creating a vision for one real experiment- an idea to explore, a project to begin, a step to take.
New moon- working with cycles, intention setting and manifestation. Planting what wants to grow.

Sofia has spent 15 years as a strategist in brand and innovation — turning insight into action that shapes cultures, from cult brands to activist movements.
Along her own path to purpose came her abilities as a seer: visions that perceive other dimensions and insights, leading her to learn from spiritual masters worldwide, including the Arhuaco people of Colombia and Dalia Burgoin from the Telepathy Tapes.
This programme is built from that intersection, inner perception and outer creation.
